Sample or drawing
Every programme starts from a physical sample or a technical drawing. Where only a sample exists, the component is measured and documented before anything else happens.
Specification agreed
Material, tolerances, finish and any testing requirement are written down and agreed in advance. This document, not a conversation, governs the production run.
Sample approval
A pre-production sample is produced and sent for your approval. No production run is authorised until you have accepted the sample in writing.
Production & packing
The run is produced against the agreed specification and packed to export standard. Private labelling and custom packaging are available for distributors.
